VISITED SITE. CHRIS DELGADO, MANAGER, SHOWED THE DISPLAY SHELF CASE WHERE THE SPARKS/SMALL FIRE OCCURRED. THERE IS NOT DISTORTION TO THE CASE. THE MEAT WAS PLACED IN THE 'BONE BARREL' FOR DISPOSAL. THE MAINTENANCE PERSON WAS THERE AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THE FIRE TOOK PLACE AT ABOUT 6-7AM SO THE COOLER HAD NOT BEEN RESTOCKED YET FOR THE DAY. VOLUNTARY DESTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH THE QUANTITY OF MEAT WILL BE EMAILED AS SOON AS THEY GET THE REPORT.
9-8-20 PER EMAIL SENT BY CHRIS DELGADO, 69.9344 POUNDS OF RAW MEAT WERE DESTROYED. |
